Selecting Payment Type

If you are in POS mode you will be redirected to the payment screen bypassing the customer information screen. Depending on the payment type selected you will be prompted with the associated screen.

Cash
  1. Enter the amount of cash received
  2. Click OK
Credit Card
  1. Enter credit card number
  2. Enter credit card expiration date
  3. Enter credit card authorization code (cvv)
  4. Click OK
Check
  1. If customer is mailing the check in, click the checkbox and skip step 2
  2. Enter Check Number
  3. Enter Check Name
  4. Enter Phone Number
  5. Click OK
Charge ACcount
  1. Enter Account Number
  2. Enter Account Pin Number
  3. If you don’t know the account number, click the SEARCH button
  4. Click OK
No Charge
  1. Select No Charge option
  2. Enter Supervisor User Name
  3. Enter Supervisor Password
  4. Enter who Authorized the transaction
  5. Click OK
Gift Certificates

Old Gift Certificates

To process the old paper gift certificates:

  1. Enter gift certificate number
  2. Click OK

New Gift Certificates

  1. Enter Certificate Number (of swipe if at POS)
  2. Click Submit

Loyalty Points

  1. Amount Received:
  2. Loyalty Amount:
  3. Click OK
Value Plus
  1. Enter Value Plus Card number
  2. Click OK

Commuter Books

Complimentary Pass

Old Comp Pass (Ticket)
To process a transaction using an old comp pass ticket choose F-5 No Charge option.

  1. Select Complimentary Pass
  2. Enter Pass Number
  3. Click OK
  1. Enter Certificate Number (or swipe if at POS)
  2. Click Submit

Season Pass

  1. Select Complimentary Pass
  2. Enter Pass Number
  3. Click OK
